Key Responsibilities:

Global Marketing & Lead Generation

• Manage execution of global marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid, social) to generate qualified leads.

• Coordinate with India BD, presales, and field sales to provide campaign assets, templates, and guidance for local execution with Marketing Coordinator.

• Manage execution of high-value content development for thought leadership, product launches, investor materials, and sector-specific campaigns.
  

CRM & Sales Enablement

• Lead deployment, management, and optimization of HubSpot for automated workflows, lead tracking, and campaign reporting.

• Provide dashboards and reporting to CMO and BD teams to support pipeline visibility, campaign performance tracking, and ROI measurement.

• Support sales teams with templates, email nurture campaigns, and lead-scoring mechanisms.
  

Event & External Engagement

• Manage global event participation, international conferences, webinars, and executive speaking opportunities.

• Develop presentation decks, briefing materials, and event-specific content.

• Serve as the global liaison for web design agency and content partners.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance across channels and provide actionable insights to CMO.

• Propose workflow and communication optimizations based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Candidates who have Degree or Masters (Marketing / Strategy / General Management or related field preferred).

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing in industrial products, clean energy, industrial gases, renewables, or engineering solutions.

• Strong expertise in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and marketing automation for pipeline generation.

• Proven track record of managing global campaigns and gross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
