Key Responsibilities:
Global Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage execution of global marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid, social) to generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with India BD, presales, and field sales to provide campaign assets, templates, and guidance for local execution with Marketing Coordinator.
- Manage execution of high-value content development for thought leadership, product launches, investor materials, and sector-specific campaigns.
CRM & Sales Enablement
- Lead deployment, management, and optimization of HubSpot for automated workflows, lead tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Provide dashboards and reporting to CMO and BD teams to support pipeline visibility, campaign performance tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Support sales teams with templates, email nurture campaigns, and lead-scoring mechanisms.
Event & External Engagement
- Manage global event participation, international conferences, webinars, and executive speaking opportunities.
- Develop presentation decks, briefing materials, and event-specific content.
- Serve as the global liaison for web design agency and content partners.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across channels and provide actionable insights to CMO.
- Propose workflow and communication optimizations based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Candidates who have Degree or Masters (Marketing / Strategy / General Management or related field preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing in industrial products, clean energy, industrial gases, renewables, or engineering solutions.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and marketing automation for pipeline generation.
- Proven track record of managing global campaigns and gross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
