Senior Analyst - Field Sales

Key Responsibilities

A. Revenue Generation & Territory Sales

1. Support field sales activities across Western India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh) through customer visits, opportunity follow-ups, and basic technical/commercial discussions.

2. Assist in identifying, qualifying, and pitching to prospective customers in lab-grown diamonds, chemicals, electronics/semicon, and related industries; support senior team members in negotiations and closures.

3. Maintain regular engagement with key accounts, coordinate proposals with internal teams, and ensure timely customer responses.

4. Monitor competitor activity and share updates to help refine pricing, positioning, and sales strategy.

5. Expected travel: ~50% within Western India, with occasional travel to other regions for support.

B. Market Development & Industry Engagement

1. Attend industry conferences, events, and customer forums to support lead generation and relationship building.

2. Assist in mapping market clusters, tracking new hydrogen/electrolyser opportunities, and developing basic sector insights.

3. Identify new and cultivate relationships with channel partners relevant to target sectors

4. Provide on-ground inputs to marketing and strategy teams for campaigns, customer pitches, and GTM activities.

C. Forecasting, Reporting & Coordination

1. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and support weekly/monthly reporting to the EVP–BD and Chairman’s Office.

2. Collect and analyse basic customer demand data, project updates, and sector trends to support sales planning.

3. Prepare clear field visit reports and assist in creating presentations and documents for internal reviews.

Qualifications

· Candidates who have Degree (Engineering or General Management).

· 2–4 years of experience in enterprise sales and business development.

· Proven track record of sales of at least one of the following: industrial gases, renewable energy technology or equipment, or Open Access power to industrial customers in Gujarat.

· Strong commercial judgement, networking and people skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
