Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing Strategy & Positioning
1. Execute HYDGEN’s marketing strategy to strengthen positioning in the Indian and global hydrogen ecosystem.
2. Build brand awareness through targeted messaging, content, partnerships, and digital channels.
3. Align marketing efforts with overall GTM strategy, sales priorities, and sector-specific opportunities.
4. Maintain a clear understanding of competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to refine HYDGEN’s messaging.
B. Content Development & Campaign Management
1. Execute lead-generation campaigns, product marketing materials, and customer-facing communication in coordination with Business Development and the CMO’s Office.
2. Create high-quality marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, infographics, whitepapers, and sector briefs) with content jointly developed with the teams.
3. Contribute to digital presence (website, LinkedIn, newsletters) and collaborate with external vendors, designers, agencies, and content specialists as required.
4. Support customer-specific proposals, technical pitches, and commercial decks with refined narratives and visuals.
5. Support Board presentations, investor materials, and high-level communication documents.
C. Industry Engagement & Event Management
1. Execute HYDGEN’s participation in conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, and hydrogen/clean energy forums in India and abroad.
2. Coordinate branding, booth design, collaterals, speaking engagements, and networking initiatives.
3. Build relationships with industry associations and advocacy groups, event organisers, and ecosystem partners to enhance visibility.
D. Market Intelligence & Reporting
1. Provide Head BD and CMO with intel on competitor campaigns, sector communication trends, industry announcements, and regulatory developments.
2. Create sectoral insights with Sales leads to support tailored customer pitches.
3. Maintain dashboards for campaign performance, lead conversion, digital analytics, and brand engagement metrics.
Qualifications
· Candidates who have Degree or Masters (Marketing / Strategy / General Management or related field preferred).
· 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience in industrial products, clean energy, industrial gases, renewables, or engineering solutions.
· Strong ability to simplify technical concepts into clear customer-facing narratives.
· Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, content creation tools, and basic design workflows.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
