Key Responsibilities
A. GTM Strategy & Market Intelligence
1. Conduct primary and secondary market research to map the market landscape, identify target segments, understand customer needs, analyse use cases, and spot new opportunities.
2. Study customer segments, pricing trends, and product positioning to provide clear, actionable insights for commercial teams.
3. Build and maintain competitor profiles, benchmarking their products, pricing, offerings, and GTM strategies; support HYDGEN’s SWOT analysis.
4. Support the Head BD in evaluating and prioritising market segments within India and abroad, refining GTM plans, and preparing opportunity assessments and commercialization strategies.
5. Support the Head BD and CMO with market research findings by preparing simple, strategic recommendations using clear visuals and structured presentations.
6. Assist the Head BD with external presentations and communication materials.
B. Sales Operations Support
1. Prepare concise, data-backed reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal reviews, customer engagements, and investor interactions.
2. Work with sales, marketing, and proposal teams on lead generation, proposal preparation, client coordination, market mapping, and campaign alignment.
3. Provide market and customer data to field sales teams to support outreach and pipeline development.
4. Maintain and improve the Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCoH) model; support customer-specific LCoH calculations for proposals.
C. Business Analysis, Forecasting & Leadership Reporting
1. Support the Head BD in weekly pipeline reviews, sales management activities, and preparing monthly and quarterly commercial forecasts for the Chairman and Finance.
2. Build structured reports, synthesise insights, and support the preparation of materials for ExCom, Board updates, and leadership meetings.
3. Assist the Chairman’s office in investor discussions, including data preparation, due diligence support, and market justification materials.
Qualifications
· Candidates who have Degree or Masters (Marketing / Strategy / General Management or related field preferred).
· 6–10 years of experience in market research, strategy, or business development roles.
· Experience in renewable energy, technology, or manufacturing sectors is an added advantage.
· Experience in management consulting preferred.
· Strong analytical and research skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
